South Africa is a country that practice constitutional democracy just as any other countries in Western Europe and United States. This is a country where the constitution and rule of law are supreme. Furthermore, it is a country where everyone who lives in it has rights and freedom as enshrine in the constitution of the Republic. We live in a country that is different from any other country in Africa, in the sense that our judiciary system is alive, and has proven to the world that they are independent and flourishes as an organ of state. However, the problem is, does everyone in the country have access to or enjoy quality legal services or representation. My take is no because legal services or representation is too expensive for the common person on the street. It is not supposed to be so because everyone deserves equal justice.

It is obvious that we are living in an unequal society, where majority of the people cannot afford the basic things of life, talk less of quality legal services.
